Mitakuyapi,

I just wanted to introduce myself to you and give you a bit of information about my background.  My name is Rebecca Simondet, but I prefer to be called Becky.  I have been in education since 1993.  I graduated from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, Minnesota in elementary education and Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota as a reading specialist.  I have taught in Florida, Belgium, and Minnesota. 

In addition to teaching, I am married and have three children ages five, seven, and eight.  I enjoy reading, fishing, and traveling and learning Dakota.

I am so looking forward to working with you this year and teaching your child.
