I’ve lived my entire life in Minneapolis and graduate from South High School.  Later, I obtained a Bachelor in Science in mathematics from the University of Minnesota, which is also where I earned my teaching license.

I currently live in the Powderhorn neighborhood. My daughter is a student at Bancroft Elementary.

This year in math sixth grade will learn about numbers and operations, rational numbers, 2-D and 3-D geometry, ration and rates, probability, and the begging of algebra.

Seventh grade will study circles and cylinders, integers and rational numbers, ratios and proportional reasoning, data and probability, and linear relationships.

Eighth grade will be exploring equations, functions, systems of equations, the Pythagorean theorem, and quadratic relationships.

I am always eager for input from students and families. Feel free to email me at anytime at
